Solo games and local party games work without any account. Your progress then stays on your phone.
A random player id and a hashed device secret (no phone number), your Google account id only if you choose to link it, and your email address only if you choose to sign in with an email and a password. Passwords are stored only as a strong one-way hash (argon2id); nobody can read them.
Your player name, portrait and cosmetic choices, your games (the moves, so the server can check results), scores, levels, achievements, rankings and friends.
Your year of birth, only to apply the age protections below. We do not ask for your exact birthday.
Purchases: the Google Play order id, product, price, country and date. Payment details are handled by Google Play and never reach us.
Security: your IP address and the time of requests, used against cheating and abuse. This security log is kept for 90 days.
Ads are shown by Google AdMob. In the EEA and the UK you are asked for consent first. Without consent, and for players under 16, only non-personalized ads are shown. Rewarded ads are always your choice.
To run the game: accounts, online matches, progress, rewards, leaderboards and purchases; to prevent fraud and cheating; and to improve the game with counts that do not identify you. We never sell your data.
Google (Play billing, sign-in and AdMob) as described above, and Brevo (an EU company) only to send the account emails (codes and notices) to your address. Other players see your name, portrait, cosmetics, level and rank, never your email. Nobody else.
Players under 13 cannot play online or make purchases, and no account is created for them. Players aged 13 to 15 get non-personalized ads only, no special-offer pop-ups and a monthly spending limit.
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account in the game (Profile, then Account) or on the web page https://playhagglers.com/account/delete. This deletes your profile, progress, currencies, items and history. Records of purchases that the law requires us to keep are kept without the link to you.
Our server is in France (European Union). Under the GDPR you may ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, and you may complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
